3-Year Limited Warranty

Kemeco Lighting stands behind the quality of Kemeco-branded solar outdoor lighting products. We provide a 3-year limited warranty for eligible Kemeco products purchased from kemecolighting.com or an authorized Kemeco retail channel.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential outdoor use during the warranty period. Covered components may include the fixture housing, solar panel, LED light source, and factory-installed electrical components when the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and continues for 3 years. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, aging, fading, minor cosmetic changes, or surface scratches.
  • Battery capacity reduction caused by normal use over time.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accident, neglect, alteration, unauthorized repair, or use outside the product instructions.
  • Damage caused by severe weather events, natural disasters, power surges, chemical exposure, or environmental conditions beyond normal residential outdoor use.
  • Missing parts or damage not reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
  • Labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, or other incidental costs unless required by applicable law.

How To Request Warranty Service

To request warranty support, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number, purchase date, product SKU or model number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the product and problem.

Warranty Remedies

If a product is confirmed to have a covered defect, Kemeco Lighting may, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, a replacement product, repair guidance, or another appropriate solution. Replacement products or parts do not restart the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Your rights may vary by state or jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
